Automotive Professor Who Has Tested
Many Gas Saving Devices Is A Believer In Tornado
SANTA FE SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA – June
2, 2004 – Ron
Bell remembers the “energy crisis” that erupted in the
1970s. “Back then I ran tests on every gas saving device imaginable,
and I only found one that really worked, but it had too many negative
side effects on performance,” explained Bell , professor of automotive
technology at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo , Calf. It was many
years later before a student came to Bell asking about the Tornado
gas saving device.
“This girl in my class asked me to help put the Tornado on
her Chevy Tahoe,” said Bell . “It didn’t take long
to install and I thought it certainly couldn’t hurt anything.
She came back to me later and said she could feel the difference in
horsepower and in gas mileage.”
Bell dismissed the girl’s claim as psychological, telling her “you
spent the money, so it has to work.” Curious, Bell did his own
dyno testing and found that indeed the vehicle’s horsepower had
actually improved. Later tests Bell conducted on a 5.7L 1994 GMC Suburban
showed gas mileage improvement of 2 miles per gallon in city and highway
driving.
Bell is a skeptic turned believer. He said recent conversations with
friends about their gas mileage improvement results have confirmed
that the Tornado does work as advertised.
As gas prices have soared over $2 per gallon this spring in the U.S.
, consumers have been looking for any help to soften the blow at the
pump. Tornado, is a turbine shaped device that is typically installed
near the air intake unit on today’s modern, fuel-injected vehicles.
Once in place, Tornado helps a vehicle achieve a better mix of air
and fuel, resulting in both mileage and horsepower improvement.
Priced at an M.S.R.P. of $69, TORNADO is environmentally friendly
and has a limited lifetime warranty. It is now available at leading
